Our pricing is both transparent and easy to find. Our pricing policy is only one click away on our home page. With only two pricing options, there is no room for confusion. Our pricing policy is designed to offer a cost-effective migration solution. Add to that a cloud-based solution that can migrate mailbox data between Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps/Gmail, Novell GroupWise, VMware Zimbra, IMAP or POP systems and you have a winning combination.
It always makes us wonder why other competing products don’t use simple, uniform pricing. For example, some competing products sell migrations as pre-determined license packs: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 mailboxes. It seems extremely inconvenient to have to figure out which combination(s) of packs one needs to purchase for a project.
Others require you to call for a custom quote. These quotes typically include a high initial setup fee that is somehow offset by a low per-mailbox rate. In most cases, the total cost well exceeds our own. MigrationWiz serves customers in over 50 countries. Having to call for a quote during US business hours doesn’t make sense if you are based in Bangkok or Jakarta. Changes to any migration project require follow up calls which is inconvenient.
Regardless of pricing, virtually all other migration products also require the installation of proprietary software, even for a simple trial. In some cases, deploying multiple servers is required. This can be problematic from a cost and security perspective. How can you be sure that the software you are installing is trustworthy?
MigrationWiz solves both issues by providing easy to understand, cost-effective pricing along with a secure email migration solution. MigrationWiz accesses mailbox data from outside your intranet. Your credentials are stored using industry standards (AES), are automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity and can never be retrieved or seen. Because our migrations are fully automated, there is no unnecessary human interaction which could cause your information to be seen by unauthorized personnel.
Email migration projects are already stressful enough for everyone involved: IT admins, individuals, consultants, system integrators and service providers. Why make it worse with frustrating pricing strategies and questionable software?
