POP migration support

The mailbox connector end-point "POP" is any server that implements the POP protocol and is accessible via the internet. POP configuration is similar to our support for IMAP.

POP configuration consists of 3 settings:

  1. Server Host
  2. Server Port
  3. Server SSL Setting

If you use a desktop email client like Outlook, or Outlook Express, this setting should be no different than how your client is setup. Most POP servers have a port value of 995 and have SSL enabled.

For POP, we will only migrate mail. POP does not support folder level access other than the INBOX. If you access your POP account with a web client and have multiple folders, only your INBOX will be migrated.
