The mailbox connector end-point “IMAP” is any server that implements the IMAP protocol and is accessible via the internet.
IMAP configuration consists of 3 settings:
- Server Host
- Server Port
- Server SSL Setting
If you use a desktop email client like Outlook, or Outlook Express, this setting should be no different than how your client is setup. Most IMAP servers have a port value of 993 and have SSL enabled.
For IMAP, we will preserve the folder hierarchy and only migrate mail. IMAP does not support the ability to migrate any other folders except mail.
