Microsoft Exchange Server migration support

The mailbox connector end-point “Microsoft Exchange Server” can communicate with any Exchange 2000/2003/2007 Server (Note that 2010 is coming very soon). We can communicate with any Exchange Client Access Server (CAS) that is published on the internet. Or in more simple terms, any Exchange Server that has Outlook Web Access (OWA) available from the internet.

Note that this includes on-premise Exchange Servers, hosted Exchange providers, Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC) providers, Small Business Servers, and any other deployment type/method of Exchange.

When you select Microsoft Exchange Server, there is only one field you need to specify for this end-point, namely the OWA URL. When specifying the OWA URL, we recommend doing the following :

  1. Open your browser
  2. Navigate to your OWA page
  3. Copy the URL from the navigation bar of your browser
  4. Paste the URL in the OWA URL field on the connector

We support migration to and from any Exchange Server. This type is available in both the source settings and destinations setting of our web interface. This means that you can migrate back to your old Exchange server if you don’t like BPOS or you can migrate Gmail to your on-premise environment.

For Exchange Server, we will migrate calendar, contacts, mail, journals, notes, and tasks.

What are you waiting for? Perform a free trial migration from your Exchange environment to BPOS today!
