There are a few challenges that surround migration from Google to Microsoft Online (Exchange Online, BPOS). MigrationWiz is the only migration solution that understands them and is capable of migrating data from Google to Microsoft Online efficiently.
The biggest issue when migrating off of Google are mailbox credentials. Google does not have a notion of administrative credentials. This means that you will need the user name and password to every mailbox you are migrating. Previously, you would have to either: 1) reset the credentials to all mailboxes by writing a tool that calls into the Google API or 2) get every mailbox user to tell you their credentials.
